L'Occitane's The Incredible Deodorant Recipe in Verbena [Review]

So, I have been wanting to switch over to a natural deodorant for a few years now, but never actually did.

Initially it was because I had heard numerous claims that deodorant can cause cancer because of the parabens and aluminum in them. However, although scientists suggest this there are no current studies confirming this to my knowledge at least - correct me if I'm wrong.

That being said as time passed I decided it was probably better to be safe than sorry and it also helped that so many brands were launching paraben free and aluminum free deodorants. So, I decided to give a couple of natural deodorants a try, but that didn't last long.

The natural deodorants not only smelled bad themselves, but also made me smell horrible and that's coming from someone who isn't even that active.

That is until recently when I got a chance to try out L'Occitane's The Incredible Deodorant Recipe in Verbena ($24 CAD) which has now converted me and is a game changer.

I've been using the deodorant for about a month now and can truly say the pros outweigh the cons on this one. Check out my pro and cons list below and decide for yourself.

Have you tried any natural deodorants?
